TOURNAMENT SCHEDULE
STARTING LOCATIONS
Everyone starts at the Vic Park Players' Meeting
- All disc golfers will meet at Victoria Park Disc Golf Course Hole 1 for the players' meeting before beginning the tournament. Starting hole assignments will be given at this meeting. Be there early please.
- MA1, FA1, MA2, FA2 will play 2 laps of the Vic Park layout (13 holes).
- All other divisions will all meet at Kentwood Park Disc Golf Course and play 2 laps of the Kentwood layout.

PLAYER'S MEETING AT VICTORIA PARK DISC GOLF COURSE
9:00 am Victoria Park hole 1
Sign in, information about the tournament, safety action plan, course changes, staring hole assignments, and player packs. Come early if you have questions. If everything runs to plan, this will last 10 minutes.

At this moment, there are not washrooms available on site. There are public washrooms a few minutes away at the McDonalds, Tim Hortons, etc. We are working on on site washrooms.
ROUND 1Â (2 LAPS OF ALL BASKETS)
9:30am - 12:00pm (2.5 hour window)
Vic Park: MA1, FA1, MA2, FA2. MA40+, FA40+
Kentwood Park: MA3, FA3, MA4, FA4, MJ18, FJ18, MJ12, FJ12

- As soon as the Player's Meeting is finished, please make your way to your staring hole.
- Each group will keep score on both U-Disc and the PDGA Score Keeping link.
- Players may warm up on their staring hole.
- All practice throwing and putting must stop 2 minutes before the 9:30am shotgun start.
- Players will complete 2 laps of the Vic Park or Kentwood Park in the morning, BUT NOT BOTH.
- At the end of round 1, please check the scorecards (verify with the U-Disc score), have everyone in the group agree with the score card, and submit the score card.
LUNCH BREAK
12:00pm - 1:00pm
- Take an hour to enjoy your lunch. There are several local restaurants nearby. Hit the bathroom on your way back!
ROUND 2 (2 LAPS OF ALL BASKETS)
1:15pm - 3:45pm (2.5 hour window)
Kentwood Park: MA1, FA1, MA2, FA2. MA40+, FA40+
Vic Park: MA3, FA3, MA4, FA4, MJ18, FJ18, MJ12, FJ12

- Please make your way to your staring hole when you arrive your division's round 2 course. You will not play the same course in the morning and afternoon.
- Your starting hole number for round 2 is the same as it was for round 1.
- Each group will keep score on both U-Disc and the PDGA Score Keeping link.
- Players may warm up on their staring hole.
- All practice throwing and putting must stop 2 minutes before the 1:15pm shotgun start.
- Players will complete 2 laps of the course.
- At the end of round 2, please check the scorecards (verify with the U-Disc score), have everyone in the group agree with the score card, and submit the score card.
- Meet back at Victoria Park for 3:55pm for the awards ceremony.

SCORECARD SUBMISSION DEADLINE
12:00pm and 3:45pm
All scorecards need to be checked, agreed upon (by everyone in the group) and submitted as soon as possible once your last hole is finished.

Note: Once your scorecard is submitted, it is fixed - you will not be able to go back and change the score in the event of an error. Please VERIFY your score before submitting. All scorecard issues can be brought to the attention of the Tournament Director or Assistant Tournament Director.
